Even if you are naturally a night owl, there are some basic steps you can take to make the most of your mornings. There are typically less distractions during these early hours than at any other point during the day, so tackling a big project that requires a lot of focus may be a good idea. You might also take this time to engage in some self-care, because it is quite difficult to do so as the day becomes more hectic. Squeeze in a workout and a healthy breakfast, for instance.
