Eagle Eye Events and the Impact of Rising Early on Success

Research indicates that people who rise early are at an advantage when it comes to achieving success (whatever that may entail for them). If you begrudgingly beat on your alarm clock every morning and grumble sleepily all the way to the office, we at Eagle Eye Events suggest that you reconsider your morning – and possibly nighttime – routine.

To begin, you must understand the concept of circadian rhythms. These are our bodies’ internal clocks, which tell us when to sleep and when to rise. They are very sensitive, however, and are easily disrupted. The way you use lighting, along with your electronic devices, are enough to throw this balance out of whack, leaving you dreading the rising sun because you were perusing your social media pages well into the night.

Even if you are naturally a night owl, there are some basic steps you can take to make the most of your mornings. There are typically less distractions during these early hours than at any other point during the day, so tackling a big project that requires a lot of focus may be a good idea. You might also take this time to engage in some self-care, because it is quite difficult to do so as the day becomes more hectic. Squeeze in a workout and a healthy breakfast, for instance.

It won’t be easy at first, but with some practice and perseverance, our team members at Eagle Eye Events are confident that the effort it takes to embrace the morning hours will be worthwhile. You’ll be more productive, and happier for it
